Partner with Cold Nips
Help make
wellness free.

Seven years of community-building. Now we want to measure what it can really do.

Cold Nips is a registered health promotion charity bringing people together to connect, spend time outside, move and practise healthy discomfort, every week, for free.

Connection. Nature. Movement. Discomfort. Meaning. Joy.
Start a conversation The 2026/27 season
Why this matters

Cold Nips sits at the intersection of several of Australia's biggest health problems.

The challenges are connected. These problems do not exist in isolation. They reinforce one another.

The problems

Poor mental health. Loneliness and social isolation. Physical inactivity. Chronic stress. Disconnection from community. Reduced time outside. Difficulty turning health advice into healthy behaviour.

The protective behaviours

Moving our bodies. Spending time outside. Building meaningful relationships. Feeling part of a community. Learning to regulate stress. Developing healthy routines. Having somewhere to belong.

Cold Nips brings those behaviours together in one place.

How Cold Nips responds

One experience.
Multiple protective health behaviours.

Connect

Facilitated connection and repeated community participation.

Go outside

Ocean, beach, sunrise and time in nature.

Move

Large-scale yoga, Pilates, running, mobility and movement.

Choose discomfort

Early alarms, meeting someone new, moving your body, then the cold water.

Regulate

Nervous system regulation, mindfulness, breath-led practices and moments of stillness.

Stay

Coffee, breakfast and unstructured time after the formal experience.

Return

Same morning. Same location. All summer.

Continue

Digital community, resources, facilitator content and partner pathways.

From anecdote to evidence

We have seen the impact for seven years. Now we can properly measure it.

We want to move from "we know this does something" to "here is what it does."

One community. One program. One impact pool.

Cold Nips operates one shared impact pool across the season. Partners help make the whole platform possible, and each receives credible reporting on the outcomes most relevant to their contribution.

Impact is not fragmented. Participants are not treated like sponsor inventory. Participant data remains protected.

The impact reaches beyond the people participating

A community that gets stronger every week.

Participants

Free access to high-quality wellness experiences and a familiar place to return to every week.

Scarborough

Hundreds of people arriving early and spending meaningful time in the precinct across 20 consecutive weeks.

Local businesses

Recurring foot traffic and opportunities to be part of the experience through coffee, breakfast and hospitality.

Local facilitators

Paid opportunities to lead large-scale experiences and reach new audiences.

Partners

A visible, recurring and measurable platform for supporting preventative health, wellness and community connection.

The wider community

A weekly ritual that strengthens familiarity, friendships and belonging over time.

Beyond Perth

The model travels.

Cold Nips started on one beach in Perth. It is now growing into regional WA, led by locals who know their towns.

Local community

Geraldton

A Cold Nips community run by local leaders.

Local community

Busselton

A Cold Nips community run by local leaders.

Pop-ups

The South West

Pop-ups in Margaret River, Albany and beyond, taking the Wednesday energy on the road.

We want every new group set up properly: trained local water safety crew, a starter kit, launch sessions with our facilitators, and young leaders trained in Mental Health First Aid. Support a town and you help start something that keeps going long after launch day.

Ways to build it with us

There is more than one way to contribute.

Partner

A commercial partnership around the season. Depending on the partnership this may include brand integration, category ownership, participant or member experiences, content, on-site activation, digital integration, impact reporting and tickets to the monthly events.

Give

A genuine philanthropic contribution to Cold Nips. Your gift helps fund the team, facilitators, safety, programming, community infrastructure, digital resources and impact measurement required to keep the entire experience free.

Do both

Create a commercial partnership and separately make a genuine charitable contribution. Best suited to organisations looking for both social impact and genuine commercial value. The two elements are documented separately.

Cold Nips Ltd is endorsed as a deductible gift recipient (Item 1) as a registered health promotion charity, effective 1 July 2026. A genuine gift is tax deductible to the donor. Sponsorship is a commercial supply and is not.

Your idea

Something else

Photography, equipment, a whole event, coffee for the volunteers. Tell us what you care about and we will show you where it fits.

Indicative costs from our 2026/27 budget, excluding GST. Gifts go into one shared pool and are used against the approved budget. Partnerships are shaped with you.

Let's build
the first one.

We'd love to talk about what a partnership could look like for you.
