HERE’S WHAT SOME MEN HAD TO SAY…

MEET THE FACILITATORS

RYAN
As one of the co-founders of Cold Nips, Ryan is passionate about helping men find their purpose, tap into their authentic selves and create meaningful connections with others. He believes that creating a safe and non-judgmental space for men to connect with each other is a powerful way to combat issues of isolation, disconnection, and lack of purpose. Ryan's approach to men's work is grounded in mindfulness, community, somatic awareness, and a deep understanding of human psychology. He believes that by tuning into our bodies and emotions and embracing discomfort, we can access our inner wisdom and cultivate a greater sense of self-awareness, which leads to a greater sense of authenticity and purpose.

Ryan invites men to join him on this journey towards a world where all men can thrive, connect, and live their fullest lives. He hopes to create a community of like-minded individuals who can collectively explore what it means to be a man in today's world and move towards a place of greater authenticity and purpose

STEFAN
As an experienced facilitator in men's work, Stefan has honed his skills in guiding men's circles, promoting introspection, conversation and utilising meditation to help men achieve emotional balance and well-rounded masculinity. His training in trauma-informed somatic breathwork has given him a deep understanding of the nervous system and emotional regulation techniques, enabling him to effectively manage anxiety, chronic stress, and emotional dysfunction.

Stefan’s ultimate goal is to empower each man he works with to find their own path towards equanimity and emotional maturity. Through this process, they can cultivate a strong sense of autonomy and self-confidence, allowing them to achieve their goals in life, build stable, long-lasting intimate relationships, and become a positive and impactful member of their community. His mission is to help men develop the tools they need to become pillars of goodwill and strength in the world around them.

LEWY
Lewy is a professional bodyboarder and certified Yoga and Pilates instructor. His journey to where he is today was not an easy one, as he broke his back at 16 while pursuing his dream of becoming a professional bodyboarder. This setback ultimately became the catalyst for his transformative journey towards holistic health. Through the practice of yoga, Lewy was able to ease his pain and improve his flexibility. He soon became deeply interested in the body-mind connection and its potential for healing and transformation. Lewy completed his Yoga Teacher Training in India and today is a sought-after Yoga and Pilates teacher who combines his deep knowledge of the body with his passion for breath work, somatic awareness, healthy masculinity, and spirituality. He has a unique ability to inspire and empower his students to tap into their inner strength and achieve their dreams, both on and off the mat.

His mission is to inspire and guide others on their own journey towards health, healing, and self-discovery.
