THE INWARD ARC
A THREE-PART JOURNEY INTO BREATH, BODY & THE UNCONSCIOUS.
ALL THREE EVENTS
-
Event 1: Awareness & Foundations
July 27th - Sunday | 1-4pm
Everything starts with the basics—breathing, being present, how the nervous system works, and guided thinking. Learning to control your breath helps you stay calm and focused right now. Being present means noticing your thoughts and feelings without judging them. Knowing how your nervous system reacts to stress and relaxation helps you handle emotions and physical responses. Guided thinking connects these parts, helping you learn from your experiences and build strength.
-
Event 2: Edges & Emotions
August 24th - Sunday // 1-4pm
By improving CO₂ tolerance, emotional awareness, and non-dual meditation, we better handle physical and mental challenges. Increasing CO₂ tolerance boosts stress resistance and breathing. Emotional processing helps us face and understand feelings, leading to clearer and calmer minds. Non-dual meditation encourages seeing ourselves as part of a whole, beyond simple opposites. These practices together support overall health and personal growth.
-
Event 3: Psyche & Shadow
Sept 14th - sunday // 1-5pm
All journeys must conclude with a deep integration phase, blending the transformative elements of conscious connected breath, shadow work, and yoga. This holistic approach is gently woven into the closing Nidra practice, allowing participants to embody their insights and experiences fully. The integration fosters a grounded sense of awareness, inviting both healing and renewal as the body and mind settle into profound rest.
